I wanted to order a pellet stove and since Fireside Designs is a local distributor of the brand I was interested in, I went there. The salesman was very knowledgeable and showed me the style I was interested in and explained how it worked. The brand I wanted was Harmon, and unfortunately they only make a certain number of the stoves, so I went ahead and placed my order. Fireside let me know what day it would come in, and it did arrive on that day. A week prior to it's arrival, they came and prepared the area for it. The installers were great. They were prompt, knowledgeable and clean. My stove works great!
