Review content:
We went into Fireside Designs to look at their pellet stoves. We went in because we had a $2000 efficiency voucher from the American Lung Association where you trade out your wood stove for a pellet stove. The voucher had to be used within thirty days, so we were working on a short time frame.
Everybody at Fireside was really nice to talk to, very courteous and helpful and very knowledgeable about their products. They were very flexible with us and knew we were working with a short time frame.
We ended up purchasing the black stove, which was the floor model we'd been shown. It wasn't until I had a chance to look through the brochure that I realized they came in different colors. That was the only drawback, is that I wish I could have seen options with the colors, I might have purchased a brown one instead. It might have cost more though, and we are very happy with our stove.
