I recently put my house on the market and I wanted to fix any and all problems ahead of time so that it would be an easier sale. I heard of Jim Suchy through my neighbor and my real estate agent, who both had nothing but great things to say about him. He very thoroughly inspected my home, and explained how each problem should be fixed. We fixed everything on his report, and we quickly had a buyer under contract. (The buyer's inspector didn't find a single problem with the house.) The pre-listing inspection made the transaction so easy, and it was definitely worth the money!
