There is no better place in Portland to buy your meat.
Phil is an old-fashioned butcher who believes in personal customer service, and who offers his customers the best beef, chicken, pork, and seafood in town. He and his ""apprentice"" Brandon even provide cooking hints.
As an added bonus, you can also pick up wine, seasonings, sauces, and, if you're really hungry, a box lunch with kabobs and rice.
Parking can be a pain, but the patient driver will reap great culinary rewards.
