Review content:
I was trying to find out who the carrier is on one of my toll free numbers. I did some research and found that it belonged to a carrier whose name wasn't recognized, but I was able to get the trouble reporting number. I called the number - 888 774 6383 - and the woman that answered sounded nice enough, except that she didn't actually say the company name - she just said 'good afternoon can I help you' - or something to that effect. I asked her the company name, and she refused to give it to me. I told her why I was calling, and she just told me that the number I was calling about isn't mine. I asked her name - she refused. I asked again for the company name - she refused again. I asked for her bosses name - she became irate - said that she thought I used vulgar language - but still wouldn't give me ANY information. I hung up, figuring I would call back and get someone else... well, apparently she is the only person there? I have called back multiple times, and at first she would just pick up the phone and hang it back up - but eventually she answered again... I tried again to get information, but she keeps hanging up on me!
Pros: none that I can think of
Cons: everything about this company is a 'con' - literally!
