He brought his office with him - he found a recalled 2001 dishwasher!!! he is everything you WANT in an inspector - but at a price that doesn't Break you! He is WORTH IT!!! We feel so much better buying this house now - he gave great energy saving tips, he taught us a LOT of stuff, and was great at communication and people skills. His report was great, and he gave websites to help. Our Realtor was impressed! Robert Johnston is extremely knowledgeable, and gave us more than we could ask for in an inspection! (May 2009) He even services all of San Diego!
Pros: excellent inspector, professional, knew his stuff!
