Review content:
AFter having cheesecake in Pasadena and Beverly Hills, I have to say, the service is not up to par.The food here is always excellent and the bread is sometimes warm, sometimes stale. One time, my inlaws were in town, so we decided to Cheesecake. The watress was pretty new and she spilled a whole glass of water on me. Then, didn't even attempt to make up for it. Also, she didn't even tell us that her shift was over and we weren't helped the rest of the evening. It was sad and I don't like the waiting either. The girls at the front counter don't seem professional and are always talking about nonimportant things. The only people I think are working are the busboys/girls & the cooks. if everyone worked like their lives depended on it, we would be a happier society because no one would get jipped. Pros: food, food, food Cons: parking, service, loud, wait 45min -1.5 hrs on weekends(they don't take reservations)
