I really love chocolate and I really, really love Chocolat Celeste. I didn't know there was a difference between the truffles you buy at an upscale gift shop and the ones you get from Chocolat Celeste, but their staff explained to me that because they leave the preservatives out, the flavor is more intense. They also put fresh whipping cream in the truffles. I am not sure what other truffle makers use, but something makes Chocolat Celeste truffles so much better. It does mean you have to refrigerate them if you won't be eating them within a couple weeks, but these never last that long around my house.
Pros: Amazing taste
Cons: They don't keep forever
