Review content:
to have read the reviews on Cosmos. I took my husband there for a celebratory lunch after he received a well-deserved promotion. I had heard a lot about Cosmos and saw great ratings in the Minneapolis/St. Paul magazine. Overall, it was not the fine dining experience I had expected. I thought the atmosphere was bare and a bit cold. The food was average, at best. I'm a culinary student and to be honest, the food we make in school is actually better than this. The service, however, was exceptional. Service, unfortunately, is not enough to get me back to Cosmos. I'm not too concerned about the pricing because I didn't think it was that bad. I consider my husband and I to be food connoisseurs and have frequented establishments such as Manny's, Oceanaire, Levain, Aquavit, as well as places like The Blue Oyster Bar in Chicago and Crustacean in Beverly Hills. Cosmos was nothing like these other places in terms of the food. It was a bit disappointing... Pros: Service, Location Cons: Food, Decor, Food
