I dont know what that guys problem is. probably had old crapppy equipment they didnt wanna mess with. I loved starpower just bought a 50"" plasma and couldnt be happier. I will always refer all of my friends and family to go there and get taken care of. Some people are just wannabe VIPs and expect things that are unreasonable and free and dont wanna pay for the good service. I paid full price and still think they deserve more they were phenomenal. thanks alot starpower it was awesome
