Review content:
In my 23 years of living in Central Fla, I have never run across a more dishonest and unethical business. I called 2 times to confirm they would warranty a product and they said yes both times. The tech gets there and tells me they don't warranty the product and I owe him $95 for 5 minutes of work. I called and they said it was their rate for a trip charge...which they said there was none on the phone.
These people need ethics and honesty training. Stay away unless you don't mind giving crooks money!
