Review content:
This person was NOT and NEVER has been a customer of IQ POWER. They wanted IQ Power to warranty a product that SOLAR FIRST sold them years before. Solar First went out of business. IQ Power actually agreed to go out and do a service call for him since the company he bought his solar system from no longer in business and DID NOT charge him for this service. The standard minimum is a $95 Trip Charge to evaluate the system, but this wasn't even charged to him. There are always two sides, and while I can sympathize with him for buying a system from a company that went out of business, I cannot sympathize with him for attacking our company for trying to help him out.
