try using another company, seriously! this company is so scandalous.
Im going over the contract right now and its ridiculous. 60-month auto-renew and they only give you a 6 month window to terminate the auto-renew.
bottom line is that if you want a uniform rental company to give you a weekly headache then Domestic is that company.
Try one (any of them) of their competitors and tell them that you were with Domestic, the industry is pretty aware of their capacity.
The sales team in Chicago are untrustworthy. Do not believe them when they say anything and DEMAND everything (all promises and prices) to be mailed in writing via certified mail.
