Review content:
I tried to purchase a trailer through this dealership. I worked with a great salesman, George. He gave a good deal on a trailer I really wanted. I put money down on that specific trailer. A few days later, George told me that his boss, the owner Tim Loen had sold that same trailer to someone else for a higher price. The owner was only looking to make money for himself without caring for his customer. On other RV message boards, I had read that I was not the first time he had done this. A previous customer came from Maryland to buy a pop up, while she was there, she wrote down the vin number of the one she was purchasing. When she came back a few weeks later he tried to give her a different trailer, one that she did not want, and tried to convince her that she was wrong. Good thing she wrote down the VIN!
Pros: Nice Salesman
Cons: Unethical Owners
