in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful

Review content:
This company is a joke. Avoid doing business with them at all costs. They will give you the run around and are full of excuses. DO NOT trust them. We hired them and they failed to show up to our event, then when we tried to get a refund for the money we paid upfront we were hung-up on and avoided. They did not return any calls and did not answer our calls, they also were closed any time we tried to go to their physical location. Avoid using them at all costs, its not worth the couple of dollars in savings!
