Review content:
I brought my wool dry clean only comforter to this cleaner and was told it would be ready in 4 days. I went back 6 days later to retrieve it and was told it was not ready. That they would call me when it was. I waited a few days and never received a call. I then called to see what was the delay. I was then told that it was sent out to be cleaned and they were not sure why it was not ready and they would find out and call me back. I went out of town the following day and returned 5 days later. I went to the the cleaners to get it thinking it would be ready since it had now been about 2 weeks. When i went in the comforter was there and it was ruined and completely unusable. He said it had a ""reverse reaction"" and they were going to make it right. Long story short after almost a month of calling about 5-10 times and getting the run around about the ""Manager"" being in later or the next day and would call me back and handle the situation. I NEVER once received a phone call and even went back in and gave them the original receipt and a receipt for a new comforter i purchased that was the same style and price as the previous he said the manager would once again call me later that day. I Have still not received a call. HORRIBLE Business. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS. There are a million dry cleaners in Sparks/Reno area. Look elsewhere.
