Review content:
Most people have horror stories about their home owners association and management companies. At Boca Falls for the most part the HOA and their agents do a good job and are not to over zealous. They keep the development looking great without to much oversight. I think because the community is made up of mostly families with kids they are a little more accommodating. If you are looking to move into Boca Falls, the HOA should not be anything you should worry about. Also, the monthly fees are very reasonable compared to other developments.
