charged for a 22 mile tow when only pulled out from side of road with a winch. it wasn't even 20 miles from home base to place needing tow - he was already within a mile of where tow was needed and still charged for 22 mile tow... unethical business practices!! would not recommend them to anyone. also tried to have us scam insurance company for repairs.
Pros: quick to respond - waiting for someone needing help
Cons: over charged for actual work performed
