If you are a part of a party of 4, and a group of 6 walks in after you, they will be seated before you if a table for 6 is available, even if your party of 4 had RESERVATIONS. PF Chang's tries to maximize their dining capacity even if it means smaller parties have to wait long even if they were there first. I used to really like PF Chang's, but I grew tired of their seating games. If you don't believe me, just observer the game next time you go.
