Businiess name:  P F Chang's China Bistro

Review content:
My GF and I recently dined at PF Chang's at the newly-opened Maple Grove location and had a great experience. The atmosphere is very comfortable with dim lighting, oriental decor, and comfortable temperature (a highly important feature for the widely-abundant temperature sensitive females out there). The bar scene is classy with an extensive wine and drink list that provided a comfortable setting while waiting for a table. The martinis were particularly good. Service was top-notch with pleasant staff and glasses always full. Great food came out incredibly quickly, with more-than-ample portions. A quick note to those out there with Gluten-intolerance -- PF Changs is one of the very few oriental restaurants to not utilize flour products in preparing many of their entrees. Overall a great inexpensive experience sure to attract many that inevitably become regulars. Pros: Atmosphere, Food & Service, Affordability Cons: , Table Wait Time
