We went there in the middle of the afternoon. There were only two other tables occupied. Blaring over the speakers was a Top 40 radio station; so much for ambiance. The service was incredibly slow, especially considering the lack of patrons. The server, when she finally bothered to come out to us, didn't smile and seemed rather put out by having to deal with us. She actually rolled her eyes when I had a question about a dish because I have a food allergy. When our dishes were served, about half an hour after placing the order, they were tepid and salty enough to make Lot's wife seem like a low-sodium option. I sent my dish back, as I found it inedible. They brought me out another serving, which was just as salty. So I sent that back, too. At this point, a manager came out and offered a different dish, which, she claimed, wasn't as salty. When that dish came out, it tasted like someone had dumped blackstrap molasses all over some stir-fried beef and vegetables. By this time, my companion had long finished (luckily for him, he has a much higher tolerance for bad food, having been at sea in the military), as it took twenty minutes for each dish to be served. We weren't charged for any of the dishes brought to me, which is just as well, since I didn't eat them. The manager spoke very kindly to me. If you have a palate for good-tasting Asian cuisine, this may not be the restaurant for you. Personally, the only good thing about the food I had was that I didn't get violently ill after eating four bites. I felt the prices were high, although I suppose they need to pay for the salt mines they're depleting somehow.
