Ordered a 6 month supply of contacts, needed to order more but was told prescription would be expiring in about 6 weeks. I was told it would be against the law to order any quantity that would take me past the prescription date. I explained that my prescription was not expired. Called 1-800-contacts and they said I could order whatever I needed as long as prescription was not expired. Spoke with Leslie, very unpersonable and extremely Rude!!!! She refused to let me speak to the doctor and told me they did not need customers like me. If you want to use this facility, be sure to get a copy of your prescription when you first receive it. That way you can order contacts elsewhere if you need to. Neither I nor any members of my family will be returning to this business for future eyecare needs. There are too many other doctors willing to accept a customer like me.
Pros: Doctor was pleasant and seemed concerned about eye care.
Cons: Receptionist was extremely rude and unproffesional
