I found Advantage's ""payroll specialists"" to be lacking in the general concept of itemizing deductions and accurately processing hours, which resulted in numerous errors on employee paychecks.
Upon termination of their services, the ""supervisor"" became very unprofessional and quite obstinant in her behavior when requested to provide simple ytd and current month payroll reports.
Since our move to another company, we have had error free payroll and wonderful customer service.
