Review content:
Earlier today I went to this store in hopes of returning a previously purchased shirt. I had the original bag and everything but since I was going to be biking there I didn't want to carry such a big bag around with me, so I folded the shirt into my backpack, along with the tag and recipe.
Upon entering the store and trying to return it, the manager and cashier refused to return my shirt, claiming that it was worn. I knew, however, that I had not worn this shirt for more than 15mins, the time it takes to wear it and take it off. When I asked her to locate the specific differences she spotted in my shirt and a new shirt, she could not point any out and simply refused to refund my money.
I have never felt so scammed before in my life, and hope that my experience at this store can give you an example of the management there
