Review content:
Both cops I talked after my neighbors break in gave us their name, I have my doubts about these negative reviews since they have a spotless rep with them plus the usual review sites. Plus unlike the rest of the companies, if these guys are not doing a decent job, just drop them, since no fine print! Jeremy (an excellent installer) set us up about a month ago and we have been most pleased with them. We found them to be qucik on the callbacks and as friendly as can be. Don't see any problems at this point plus I doubt you will find a better deal since the wireless hookup is same price as regular phone line monitoring like we have had for years.
