I first want everyone to know my name, it's Dwana. I don't feel the need to hide behind a fake 'screen name'. There is MUCH more to the bologna below posted by TM001. Much more. She has complained to everyone around here about Smith Thompson doing them wrong because they quoted her $ 49 (thats right, 49 bucks!!) to TOTALLY reinstall her system in a new closet after a remodel. The same tech did my house and told me about it. She makes it sound like just a simplle little deal. He said it would take 2 techs at least a day and a half to finish. Not a simple issue as she states. This is just a typical case of a good company getting trashed over something they are being totally fair abojt. I mean $ 49 for crying out loud. She even admits they were fantastic for a few years, right up until they needed to charge a small and very fair rate to completely redo her system. Such a crock, I hope they sue her! I'm so upset about this. I've only had them for about a month but they are fantastic, plus they are month to month so what is there to lose??
