My room mate and I have had this company for nearly 13 years now and have never had a problem. In fact, perfect service is more like it. A tech named Jeremy just came out yesterday and added a few new door things and charged us right at $ 55 to add these magnetic things on new doors including over an hour labor. I thogut that was more than fair. Our rate has never changed that I can remember and we upgraded to wireless monitoring over a year ago and its fast! Very very happy. Their prices are just a fraction of everybody else that I can see.
