Review content:
Don't bother working with Convention Housing Services unless you want to have a sales person lie to you, customer service give you the run around, and then management threaten you with their terms. They call to say they have low room rates and I never give any of these companies a try, but this salesman sounded desperate, so I decided to give booking a try. Should of went with my gut and just said no, because they are not honest and they make you fill out the forms while they keep you on the phone, rushing you to fax the forms back. When asked what the cancellation policy is, the salesman lied and said its completely hassle free, not surcharge, just call and they will cancel....quick and easy. Lies, all lies. Avoid at all cost. Hopefully you are reading this before trying them out instead of after.
