Valet Auto Body has metaphorically bent-over-backwards to ensure I am satisfied with my vehicle. A tree fell on my brand new car and it needed a lot of body work on the roof and hatch. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and it was in beautiful quality. It literally looks better than it did when I bought it. As a favor, because the dealership that I bought the car from was giving me a headache about a bunch of scratches under the front bumper from the previous owner, Valet fixed those for me. About five months later, for some reason or another, the clear coat on that bumper began to flake. Since the bumper was worked on originally as a favor because of all the other damage done on the car by the tree, I did not have paperwork proving that Valet fixed my bumper. However when I called and spoke with them, they fixed it up beautifully in one day and even set me up in a rental car at their expense while my car was being fixed. Furthermore, I was even given multiple suggestions on the best ""clear bra"" installers around so that I could protect my car further. I could not say enough good things about this shop. They provide old-fashioned, genuine service of great quality - something that is nowadays almost impossible to find. If you're looking for a place to fix the body of your car, going anywhere other than Valet Auto Body is, in my opinion, a mistake.
