If there were ten stars, then this would be the rating. Outstanding service!! The staff is very polite and courteous and extremely knowledgeable and helpful!! Brought my car in for replacement of rear tail light and it was done in less than 15 minutes...unbelievable!!! Coming from NJ, this type of service is very much appreciated because you certainly do not get it in NJ. Purnell will be my only place to go for any work that needs to be done on all four of our cars!!!! Thank you so very much. I can see you take a lot of pride in what you do and deserve all the praise you get!! :-)))
