I got busted in Riverside for DUI near Tyler Street early this year. I did lots of research for defense lawyer, then I found Michael L Gusti law office. we had a nice talk for the first time , he is a good talker for convincing me to retain him, since its my first time I broke the law, I was in hurry try to get my case reduce or dismiss that is why I retain on him. When I met him in the office,he is so busy , I can hear lots of incoming phone calls, he did not answer all those calls since he was with me which made me feel good about him, I thought he is a good lawyer for his client. Anyway, made stories short, after I had retained him , paid big sum of money , he did not treated me as first time I met him, No emails me back, did not answer all the phone calls , I was regret to retain on him, worse thing is he was over 30 minutes late for my court appearance , everyone waited for him, DA, judge and me. I understood that since the court is in Riverside, his office in Orange County. After the court I regret that I retain on his law firm. I knew my money was gone and my case is still not dismissed or reduced. He told me at office that he knows the judges and DA office people in the court, he can talk to them, try to get my case either dismissed or reduced, but all are his sweet words try to retain his office My case eventually reduced after I dismissed Mr Guisti ,I retained another lawyer I met at court. I am so surprised that he had good reviews , I guess maybe his assistant wrote all reviews. Don't waste time and money on this law firm , this is a good lesson for me. However, everyone should obey the law and be a good citizen, then you no need to worry about retaining any lawyer for your troubles, but if you do, please shop around, then make decisions, FREE CONSULTATION IS NO GOOD in some way, maybe case by case.
