I am appalled that there are people out there who could even think about giving Anna's an unsatisfactory review (re=dry, salty carnitas??? What???)
5 years after relocating to NYC, my friends and I still make trips to Beantown.. not for the fall foliage or the Charles River but for Anna's. Have you ever driven 8 hours (roundtrip) in one day for a Burrito? I have, it's worth it.
No other place can do what Anna's does. Where to begin? The meat is so tender, juicy, tasty. The attention to detail makes the difference. The burrito wraps are fresh and steamed while the cheese is melted perfectly. The rice has the perfect texture and please, extra hot sauce. It's all so very delicious.
The other aspects (friendly quick service and value) are perks. The food brings you back. I'm drooling on my keyboard; gonna have to make road trip this weekend.
