Review content:
I highly advise anyone - or Board as in my case - to do their homework. It is easy to fall sway to internet reviews, good and bad. Often times we feel the ability to post the whims of our hearts with no thought to the repercussions... but I digress. My point is this, do what we did; pick up the phone and call clients, visit other associations, HOA's, condo's, etc... Large or small, a Board has the responsibility (and liability) to protect members from the unscrupulous. Qualified Property Management has close to 200 associations as clients, and my board and I spoke with at least a quarter of them - before we even got serious about a contract! We spoke with groups ranging from the very large, to the smallest, and while there were lots of opinions the overall response we got was professionalism and quality. I can also say the same of my experiences. So take the time and do your job (meaning your homework) and choose for yourself. We did, and we're thrilled with the results. S. Richey
