I write to thank you for your extraordinary service in handling the work for the apartment that you treated. There were serious challenges to getting the apartment prepared for treatment. I appreciated your patience in scheduling, then rescheduling, multiple visits in light of the tenants needs, and your exterminator's ability to educate the tenant and persuade her to invest the effort to get the apartment ready. Your efforts and professionalism played an important role in finally treating the apartment. Thank you for that.
