In a world of computer generated application and automated phone services, it's wonderful to have a human voice not only talk but willing to explain thoroughly and accomodate the client's schedule with speed. Paul is extremely knowledgeable and is very generous about imparting however much information you need to put you at ease and make you understand how the eradication process works. Paul is very pleasant and responsive and a pleasure to hire for a service that no one wants to ever need. He does it with skill and professionalism and not gadgets and gizmos like rozco the sniffing dog. If you have any pest problems call Paul.
