MY NAME IS TANYA VANCE AND I APPLIED FOR AN APT AT BEAUREGARD VILLAGE , PD MY APPLICATION FEE AND MY 200.00 DEPOSIT. THE APT I WAS GOING TO MOVE INTO WAS OCCUPIED AND STACEY (OFC MGR, I GUESS) TOLD ME THAT THE TENANTS WILL BE OUT ON 8/11/08 AND SHE SD GIVE ME A COUPLE OF DAYS TO GET IT TO WHERE YOU CAN MOVE IN WHICH WILL PROB BE BY THE END OF THE WEEK (15TH-17TH) SO I REQ UESTED THE DAYS OFF AT WORK SO I CAN MOVE. THIS LADY DOES NOT FOLLOW UP AT ALL, SO I CALLED HER BACK ON WED 8/13/08 JUST TO SEE B/C SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO CALL ME BACK TO LET ME KNOW IF THERE WAS ALOT TO BE DONE BUT SHE DIDNT. SO WHEN I CALLED HER BACK ( I REALLY NEEDED TO KNOW IF I WAS GOING TO MOVE IN THAT WEEKEND SO I WOULD KNOW WHETHER TO CANCEL MY VAC DAYS AT WORK IF I WAS NOT GOING TO MOVE, SHE SD MS VANCE, DIDNT WE DISCUSS THIS LAST WEEK. I WAS SO UPSET B/C IT DIDNT MATTER IF WE HAD DISCUSSED IT OR NOT, YOU HAVE MY 200.00 DEP. I DINT WANT TO SIGN ANOTHER LEASE WITH MOM!!!! SO SHE SD, HOLD ON AND CAME BK TO THE LINE AND SD, IT'LL BE NEXT WEEK. I SD, IS THERE A SPECIFIC DATE, SHE BLURTED OUT WEDNESDAY. IT IS 12:14AM ON WEDNESDAY, I HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM HER. SHE HASN'T CALLED TO SAY OK YOU CAN MOVE OR, OR IT IS NOT READY OR HERE IS THE AMOUNT YOU NEED TO PAY ETC, SHE HAS NOT CALLED MY PHONE TO UTTER 1 WORD, SO EVERYTIME I CALL HER, EITHER SHE HAS LEFT FOR THE DAY ( AND IT IS EARLY) OR SHE IS OUT, NO CALL BACK OR NOTHING. I STILL DONT KNOW IF I MOVE IN TODAY OR NOT BUT I DO KNOW SHE WAS REAL QUICK TO TAKE MY DEPOSIT. JUST IMAGINE, IF THIS IS HOW THE BEAUREGARD'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THEN I AM REALLY FRIGHTENED TO MOVE IN BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MAY BE ALOT WORSE. PLEASE CALL 601.331.0661. THIS IS NOT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WAS LOOKING FOR. ALSO EVERYTIME I CALL AND GET THE ANSWERING SERVICE, I ASK THEM FOR THE CORP NUMBER, NOONE HAS IT. OMG!!!!
