Review content:
Although Saburo's can be inconsistent with quality and taste, it's an overall safe bet. You definitely won't go hungry for the amount you spend, especially since proportions are huge. I've had better service in other places, but it's not all that bad. It does help to know what season you're in - then you won't tend to be dissapointed on the freshness of certain raw items. We've been there many times and there are more hits than misses, although the cooked items are either too salty or too bland. Still, a thumbs up. Expect a crowded & noisy dining experience.
