really excellent custom butchering, wonderful place to do your meat shopping if you are looking for a higher standard than your local grocery store. Try it once and you will be hooked!! Just go in and try the ground beef one time and you will immediatly understand the difference! They can also help you with those hard-to-find cuts, very patient and understanding. Wonderful local, small-town charm, ask for Sharon, John, or Bill, and you will not be dissapionted!
Pros: wonderful service and product
Cons: slightly higher prices, kind of hard to find--on Hwy 66 just before you enter Claremore
