I stayed with Betty for 15 years @ Manions and then went to stay w/her @ Winchester after I heard everyone left. The apts there made for midgets, regular tenants of all sorted kinds mingled w/ us, and dog doo was everywhere! I am going back to Mansions just because of that. I can deal the wicked witch from the office because the food has been great and they are now offering free beer! Plus she seems of late to have taken some ""happy"" pills.
