Review content:
We visited the Coors Brewery 1-15-11, on the last day of a week stay in Winter Park. Admission is free and it's only about 35-40mins from the airport. We appreciated the self guided tour instead of having to wait for the inevitable 20 questions at each station. (there's always one in every group:) We were able to stroll along at our own pace, and if something wasn't catching our interest completely, we were able to move on. There were employees sitting at tables in different areas along the route but not one greeted us or asked if anyone had any questions. I'm still unclear as to their purpose. The plant was empty, and I'm assuming this is because of the day we attended (sat). The beer tasting room was a little cramped & there definitely could have been more places to sit, but overall, it was an enjoyable experience. One I'm sure we will enjoy again. (don't bring the kids, they didn't really seem to 'get' the reason behind the tour)
