Review content:
I purchased a vehicle on Ebay and Metro Ford of Independence (on Noland Road) was the seller. I paid their ?Buy It Now? price for the car. I drove 90 minutes to finalize the transaction and drive the car home and at the very end they tacked on some never before mentioned dealer fees. BUYER BEWARE, if you think you have settled on a price, you have not. Even if it is a legally binding contract like Ebay, they will not sell you the car at the agreed upon price unless you pay their additional dealer fees. There was NO MENTION of these fees in the auction or on the phone when I spoke with the dealer MULTIPLE times. Granted, the dealer fees were $200 and that is not a lot of money considering the price of the car but it is the principle of the matter that made my buying experience one I will not repeat, ever, and I recommend you find a more honest dealer. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE WHO GIVE CAR DEALERS A BAD NAME. Pros: They had the car I wanted, the finance girl was very nice. Cons: The sales staff are lying dishonest people
