Review content:
My trash gets pickup somewhat regularly and without hassle, but they are way behind the times technology wise.
Their poor workers have to lift the cans up - despite them having given us the sort of trash cans that are designed to be lifted by the truck. Their trucks just don't have that equipment installed!
They also don't have a website where I can pay my bill online without having to call them up and deal with waiting on them to figure out how to work their charging equipment.
This is the only bill that I have that I cannot pay online at 3am!
