I bank with TCFCU for 15 years. I can always depend on them to assist me with my banking needs. There were some problems in the relationship along the way, but nothing that was financially debilitating.
Pros: Good quality on-line service, helpful staff members and outstanding banking performance.
The Cons: Upgrading their network software so the software can be used in Microsoft Deluxe Money applications. Also moved out from prime Golden Valley location to Plymouth, a huge geographical distance.
