I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH A PREVIOUS WINDOW COMPANY AND WAS VERY HESITANT TO EVEN GET THE REST OF MINE DONE, AFTER HAVING ABOUT 10 IN HOME ESTIMATES I DECIDED TO GO WITH MIRACLE WINDOWS THEIR SALESMAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AS WELL AS HELPFUL THEY DID NOT PRESSURE ME INTO BUYING AND LET ME TAKE MY TIME WITHOUT CALLING EVERY OTHER DAY!! AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER WITH THEM THEY TOLD ME IN WOULD BE ABOUT A MONTH BEFORE THEY WERE INSTALLED SINCE THEY HAD TO BE MADE. BUT I WAS BEING INSTALLED IN 2 WEEKS!!! THE MEN THAT INSTALLED MY WINDOWS WERE VERY POLITE, AND PROFESSIONAL CLEANED EVERY SINGLE SCRAP UP AND SHOWED US HOW TO USE AND CLEAN THE WINDOWS BEFORE THEY LEFT. I LOVE MY WINDOWS AND AM CONSIDERING REPLACING THE ONES I HAD DONE BEFORE WITH THESE. IT'S NOT OFTEN YOU FIND CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES LIKE THIS ANYMORE!!! IF YOU ARE LOCAL AND IN THE MARKET YOU SHOULD GIVE THEM A TRY!!!
