Review content:
I have tried going to this place from time to time because it's right by where I work and it's convienient because of the drive through. But every time I have been there I leave with an unpleasant feeling. The bagels I have bought have always been dry...so I stopped buying them and went elsewhere. The coffee was always expensive like starbucks and if I want to pay a high price for coffee I might as well go to Starbucks. But what gets me the most was today I was in a hurry and hungry and decided to try one last time to get a bagel from this place on my way to work. On the menu it said bagel- $1.15. When I got up to the window he asked me if I wanted cream cheese and I said no, just butter because I knew they charged extra for cream cheese. I then stopped and asked if butter cost me more...and he said no. When I paid the guy asked me for $2.15. I thought ""Wow, that's more expensive than I thought, but maybe I read the menu wrong"". I paid the money...and as usual I left feeling ripped off. I looked back at the menu before I left and saw with my own eyes that a bagel cost $1.15. There was nothing on the menu that said butter would cost $1 more! I got to work and called, upset about being overcharged and requested to talk to a manager. The staff was rude and told me that they were busy, and I told the girl I was a customer and I demanded to speak to a manager. Instead she put another staff person on and he explained to me that just buying a bagel was a $1.15 but getting butter was $1 extra. At that point, the battle is lost, these people are just out to get rich people's money and I'm not rich. So I have vowed to myself to never go to this place of business again. The food is stale, the service is only good if you pay and don't ask questions, the food is overpriced, and they false advertise their prices.
Pros: Drive Thru
Cons: Over price for food and coffee that's not worth it
