Businiess name:  Boo Snap Computer SVC

Review content:
Being somewhat new to the area, I found myself in a bad spot. My computer died! From what I could tell, the hard drive crashed. I checked with friends at work, the phone book, and even online for a computer repair shop that could replace my hard drive and help me start a data restore from an external drive. I finally decided to call BooSnap based on the reviews I read and their competitive prices. I called and Scott was at my house within a few hours. He was ontime, professional, and courteous. As it turned out, I also had a power supply issue, which may have affected other parts of my computer. I asked for his professional opinion and he said I would be better off getting a new computer, which I planned to do but wanted to get my old one up and running for a little while longer. I was willing to spend a certain amount for repairs and he could have easily kept working, trying to salvage something, charging me more in the meantime, but in the end I think all I would have gotten out of it would be a huge bill and a dead computer. Scott appeared apologetic that he couldn't do more and even offered some tips on retrieving some files from by backups. Because of his honesty and professionalism, I would highly recommend BooSnap for any computer help/repair.
