I can't recommend Mark enough. My computer was totally ""goobered"" up. I had tried everything I could think of to solve the problem. I called at 10:00AM and was scheduled for service at 12:00 noon. At approximately 11:45AM I recieved a call from Mark explaining a phone call had run long, and letting me know he might be about 10 minutes late. For any of you that have waited for phone/cable/power/appliance repairmen who give you normally a four hour window of when they ""might"" show up, this was most refreshing. As I told Mark, in a world where the service industry has become an oxymoron, it was a true pleasure working with his company. For those of you with a few years on you, like myself, you remember what it was like to deal with companies that truly knew how to provide superior service. By 2:00PM Mark was walking out the door, having fixed my problem, recommending products to protect my computer (available on-line and not pushed by him for a commission), and taught me the processes needed to properly maintain my system. Boosnap provides an unbelievable level of service, in this era where service is a rarity. Forget the geeks and the dogs, call Boosnap. Pros: Fast, convenient, reliable
