Review content:
First of all, there is no one on site to oversee this business operation. Therefore, when their machine was working improperly and destroying my clothes for almost 2 hours, not only was no one there, they didn't answer their one phone number posted. Finally, the owner showed up and was SO RUDE I was in shock. He was more concerned that I was banging on his machine then the damaged clothes inside! When my boyfriend suggested that he might , as a small gesture, offer to at least return the $2.75, he had THE NERVE to say, ""Well, you live in Monarch Beach, and I'm trying to operate a business. I think you can do without it."" Unbelievable. We found a GREAT laundromat, 3 minutes down the road that's 100 times cleaner/nicer. It's next to Bubba Kahunas (across from Doheny Beach) and staff is there during all business hours. Plus, it's cheaper! DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO A THIEF/JERK WHEN THERE ARE MUCH BETTER OPTIONS!!! We are a community and should treat each other as such. He obviously dosen't appreciate locals, don't give him your money!
Pros: It's next to Starbucks.
Cons: Dirty, decrepid machines, the owner is rude and practices business innapropriately.
