Review content:
Avoid at all cost. My mother and sister were in from out of town and and I booked them pedicures and facials as something to do while I was working. They had a terrible time. the staff was rude, the nail tech's were rough, and their work was sub par. I had heard good things about this place but was embarrassed that I sent my family there. This place made them feel as if they were bothered to even have to do their job, and the woman (possibly the owner?) seemed angry to answer a question my mother asked about the product she was using. This was a terrible experience for them and I would not recommend getting your nails done there even if your a horse.
Pros: um...its downtown? second thought. none.
Cons: darn near everything
