My computer was struck by lighting a couple of weeks ago. When it comes to computers, I'm completed lost. I had seen TechPros for years since I live downtown Franklin. I left my computer with Cedric one morning and before the day was out, he called with a diagnosis which was to no surprise. I needed a new computer but the good news was he's ability to restore all my data from my hard drive. He helped me decide on a new system and was able to transfer my old data successfully. He even went the extra step and helped me on the phone find another file I could not seem to locate. I was determined not to shop the Big Box stores and NEVER REGRET that decision. I would highly recommend Cedric and TechPros for all your computer needs.
